RUNROAD Privacy Policy
Effective 19 October 2026. Applies to the RUNROAD: Police Chase Rescue Android app and web game ("RUNROAD", "we").
The short version
- You can play the whole campaign offline, without an account. Your progress stays on your device.
- The Android app shows ads only when you choose to watch one. Google AdMob serves those ads.
- Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. We never see your payment details. Cancel subscriptions anytime in Google Play.
- Optional online features (Crews and live co-op) send only what they need to work.
- We do not sell your personal information, and RUNROAD has no analytics or tracking SDK of its own.
Information and how it is used

Advertising consent
Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), the app asks for your consent with Google's consent message before any ad is requested. You can change your choice at any time from Style Studio → Ad privacy choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google settings. RUNROAD requests only ads suitable for a teen audience.
Children
RUNROAD is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Retention and deletion
On-device progress stays until you clear app data or uninstall. Crew accounts and crew data are kept while your account exists. To delete your Crew account and its data, email us from the address you signed in with; we delete it within 30 days. Google keeps purchase records according to its own policies.
Security
Online features use encrypted HTTPS/WSS connections. Payments never pass through our servers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal information. Contact us to make a request.
Changes
We will update this page when the app's data practices change and revise the effective date above.
